Open an MCU Health Savings Account
To open an MCU Health Savings Account, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (contact your health insurance provider or employer to confirm coverage)
- Eligible for membership with MCU
To begin your MCU Health Savings Account, submit the HSA Request Form and an MCU Financial Service Associate will contact you to complete your application.
