Meadows Credit Union (MCU) maintains www.MCUonline.com to:

Personal Account Information
Personal information you supply to MCU via applications and communication on our site will be governed by MCU’s Privacy Policy.

Communicating with MCU
You may request information from MCU using our secure request forms, or apply for our services using our secure online applications. When you use these forms, we will request a valid email address. We will use your email address only for the purpose of responding to your comments or general questions regarding the credit union.

Regular email is not a secure vehicle of communication. For your protection, MCU will not accept email correspondence that includes account numbers or personal
information such as a social security number.

eMail Lists
MCU offers the My MCU News email newsletter. This is an opt-in newsletter, which provides members and non-members with information about products, services, promotions, updates, news and events happening at MCU. You may unsubscribe from the list at anytime. The email address provided in order to join the list will not be sold, nor will it be shared with other entities outside the credit union, unless we are required to do so by law.

MCU Online Banking
You may access your accounts using MCU Online Banking at our web site. For terms and conditions using MCU Online Banking, please refer to the Internet Banking and Bill Pay Agreement.

Partner Sites
In order to offer our members the widest range of services possible, MCU has partnered with third-party companies. The MCU web site contains links to these third- party sites. MCU attempts to structure its partnerships with entities that share the same privacy values as us, but we cannot guarantee privacy once you leave our site. If you access a third-party web site through a link on the MCU site you will be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the third-party site. MCU cannot take responsibility for the content, transactions, products or services of any third-party web site. MCU Products and Services
Not all of the products and services described on the site are available in all geographic areas. You may not be eligible for all credit union services. For example, loan eligibility is determined by our loan underwriting policies. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility for any product or service.
